Up for sale is a beautiful 1971 Fender Mustang bass. It sounds and plays beautifully for a short scale bass of this vintage and has been one of my “go to” basses for the last couple years. 
The bass was originally finished in Sherwood Green as you can see on the residue in the neck pocket and back of body where the string through ferules are. Overall the bass is in really nice shape and shows off a vibey stripped and refinished body. 
Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should. Plays great!
Pickups are Nordstrand NM4 and they sound incredible!
* pickguard looks white in the pics with the lighting but is a cool light mint color.
Bass bridge plate looks old but I cannot verify it is of the original time period. The saddles, thumb rest, screws, strap buttons, pickguard, and tone plate have been replaced with new reproductions.
